Every day is an existential fight to protect what has been earned with years of struggle. Despite this\, Rojava’s light shines ever so bright\, as a powerful living example of an internationalist women-led social revolution in practice\, as an unceasing inspiration and reminder to anarchists across the world that another world is possible. That is what Rojava means to us. \nWe cannot and Rojava cannot rely on treacherous states for support\, look at the orange man in the White House\, or at David Lammy in Tottenham withdrawing all support for the KCC once he moved into government. The scene in Hackney and London relies on our Kurdish comrades and it is time for us to extend our solidarity in return. Solidarity is not a moment it’s a muscle. Keep exercising it! \n
