We’re back at the Blue Monk for another exciting date bringing together different variations of Oi, punk hardcore and associated genres.

To headline, none other that Claimed Choice, coming over from Lyon (France) and bringing their own take on Oi music. As far as French Oi is concerned, it is a clear defined genre, that Claimed Choice take on with a younger and more rock n roll approach, on the likes of bands such as Grade 2 or the Chisel – making themselves a core contributor of the new wave of skinhead music.
To represent our local scene – Slow Faction brings traditional ’77 punk rock to the stage. A band that needs no introduction due to their many years of activity and involvement in the London scene. Fast, loud, efficient, it’s a set you simply cannot miss.
We’re following up with 2 more recent and upcoming local talent, starting with Hearing Tests, a DIY hardcore punk band from north London, bringing on some raw antifascist punk to the stage, with a set of classic hardcore punk that’ll give your neck something to remember the next day.
Finally to open, recently created Let’s Av It brings on Oi music with heavy hardcore breakdown, making a fresh and aggressive take on tradionational Oi. Buckfast, Fred Perry and very politically infused, that’s Lets Av It in a nutshell.

NOTHING WORKS – BERLIN
NOTHING WORKS is an international hardcore band based in Berlin. Their songs are filled with urgency, honesty, and confrontation. Blending raw emotion with sharp critique. It’s personal and political. Cathartic, direct, and heavy with intent. Musicwise influenced by bands like Drug Church, Bikini Kill, Gouge Away and At the Drive-In.
They are now touring Europe and UK and we’re glad to have them stopping by London

TOMAR CONTROL – PERU
Tomar Control had much success all over Europe during their first tour last year, and we’re glad to welcome them again at The Vault for their second EU/UK tour. This all female band plays old school hardcore with a good dose of feminism and social commentary in their music.
Quoting @laststopsounds from their gig last year in Northwich –
“Musically they are hardcore punk with a lot of rock n roll. Sharp, aggressive and with great songs a plenty. They fly from straight edged motifs via hardcore sounds to high energy punk flawlessly.”

EMERGENCY BROADCAST – LONDON
Emergency Broadcast is a band, amining to be sound of marginalised ideologies and crews with punk/hardcore riffs. Have lyrics all against to sexism,homophobic attitude,inequality,racism and all the government systems. Formed in 2012. Since the year 2016 our group has been vegan, Straight Edge and Anti-Fascist.
